The Coastal Elegance - Laguna Beach, CA
Laguna Niguel - Full Scale Front and Backyard Remodels
Full exterior remodeling to include front entry remodel with driveway concrete pavers bordered with poured on place concrete, front yard drip system installation, landscape lighting and fabrication and installation of wrought iron main gate and side gate installation. Backyard and side yard remodel to include concrete pavers, planter walls with smooth stucco finish, pool remodel, new plumbing, electrical, pool automation, PebbleTech Pebble Sheen plaster with white poured on place concrete coping and glass tile. We also custom fabricated steel pergola structure with outdoor heater installation for our clients to enjoy their space year around. We managed every aspect of this project from initial consultation to 3D Design process, HOA document preparation and submission to city plan preparation and permit application, material procurement to complete project management.
Mission Viejo - Frontyard Remodel
Full front yard remodel to include porcelain tile entry way, three-tiered retaining walls to expand front yard living space. Landscaping to include california native plants and Olive Trees with both irrigation and drip system installation. Custom IPE wood floating bench, perimeter wood fencing, wood gate, concrete bench and landscape lighting, custom build mailbox, Bermuda Grass installation and play-ground prep and sand installation.
